New Debit/ATM cards are on the way...

All customers carrying a Integrity First Bank Debit/ATM card will receive new cards with an updated design. Customers will receive three separate mailings regarding their new cards. First, a postcard introducing the design should have arrived the first week of February. Second, the new cards will begin arriving the week of February 13th with an insert containing very important information about your new card. Finally, a letter containing your new PIN and activation instructions will arrive a couple of days after you receive your new card.

Don't become a victim of phishing (fishing)

Phishing is the criminal and fraudulent process of attempting to acquire personal information by persons pretending to be a trustworthy entity (ie.usernames, passwords and credit or debit card details).  If you receive an email asking you to confirm personal or sensitive information do not respond.  Contact your financial institution to verify the request.  A legitimate financial institution will not request information via email.
